No Returns Accepted
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order is placed and the products are delivered, they cannot be returned. This policy is in place to ensure that all our customers receive products that have not been tampered with or compromised in any way.
Exchanges for Defective Items
While we cannot accept returns, we want to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate your situation, and if the product is confirmed to be defective, we may offer an exchange for the same item.
Order Cancellation
